I am writing a 40-day devotional specifically for small group leaders. The devotional is encouraging, thought-provoking and instructional.
Each devotion can be read quickly so it will easily fit into your schedule. It can be used as a daily or weekly devotional.
Each devotion starts with a Bible scripture. At the end of each devotion, a couple of questions are asked to help you reflect and apply the topic in your life. It concludes with a short prayer.

This devotion discusses my experience in becoming a small group leader. If nerves get the best of you or you feel inadequate to lead a group, you will relate. If God can use me in this way, He can use anyone who is obedient when He asks.
